Greg Clark
Founder
Greg Clark is a Bay Area real estate investor and private lender. In 1995 he moved to California to attend college and play football at Stanford University. In 1997, he was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers and played 5 years before a career ending back injury. While recovering from surgery he jumped into real estate finance and never looked back. In 2004, he started buying real estate primarily through trustee sales. He and his brother, Jon Clark, have successfully purchased and rehabbed over 400 homes. In addition, Greg has been involved in ground-up commercial construction projects and an investor/partner in multi-family residential properties. His greatest accomplishment, besides his wife and two kids, was surviving the 2007 housing crisis.
President
Jon Clark joined Green Leaf Properties in 2005 after graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Economics. He has been a part of the acquisition and renovation of over 400 properties in the Bay Area. He has been a licensed Real Estate Professional for 16 years and is fluent in Spanish.
IT Director
Dylan Clement earned his Bachelors Degree at the University of Utah in Economics. He has an extensive background in data analytics with a specialty in the analysis between the intersections of business, economics, and law. Dylan has worked in IT as a Business & Data Analyst, Web Designer & Developer, Data Engineer and Software Engineer. He is currently finishing his Masters of Science in Information Systems degree at the University of Utah.
